Brand new ATH-ES7 for $60? Fakes or not?

Buydig.com is selling brand new ES7's for $60. Buydig has already been confirmed as a reputable seller of ES7's so it seemed like a deal too good to pass up so I bought a pair. However, buydig has only sold refurbished  ES7's before and I don't think they've ever sold brand new pairs. And this deal does seem way too good. What do you guys think? Fakes or not?

I emailed them about the es7 because I thought their wording was ridiculously confusing. What you're buying is refurbished es7, even though it says new. Pretty sure that they are open box; I asked if they had any guarantee that the ones you got wouldn't be scratched to death, and they said it was sold as is, no guarantee that it wouldn't be scuffed up. Suffice to say, I didn't buy them :(
