I hate when people don't leave feedback.

Just venting. I've made a total of seven transactions here so far, and I've only got three feedback (a small number, sure, but the early feedbacks matter more...). The same case applies to my FS/T activities over at Anandtech... what gives? If someone leaves feedback for you, why not have the courtesy to return it, especially after he contacts you multiple times through PMs? This makes me angry.

 

Then again, I guess it's better to be feedback than a nonresponse to a sale...

There's a new feedback system coming, hopefully it nags them to make feedback.

 

I feel your pain though.

I can't say that anyone has ever neglected to give me feedback, even when I dealt locally. My rule of thumb is to wait for once the item is in the hands of the buyer to leave feedback (for both roles). Usually I will notify the seller that I received the product and that I have left some feedback (so far, always positive!) as a gentle reminder. Everyone has been great about it.

In the total amount of transactions I've done here I'd say around 2/3 of them leave feedback. I usually wait until the package has been received and then do feedback. I usually remind people to do feedback if they have not already and some do it and some do not. I can't understand why however. The new system is a bit easier as they don't have to look for your feedback thread but it's just something you have to deal with.

Not a problem for me I'm always on the good side of the Seller/Buyer. I even add them as Facebook buddies. It really boils down on how you handle them, still some other are  just plain douch while others just lazy. just need to be reminded.

So far only one person hasn't left me feedback, but he was apparently having a honeymoon soon, although I did shoot him a few emails about it.

 

To be honest, I just don't see a point in not leaving feedback whether it's positive, negative or neutral-- Just leave it so other people know whether or not that person is fair to deal with.
