Lite audio power amps - advice needed :)

Hey guys, i'm interested in getting a new amp, i considered all brands, but most higher model amps are quite expensive and it will be a pain for me to spend that kind of cash, so i found these on ebay - the prices are good but i don't know anyone who had any experience with these amps, they seem quite impressive when i look at them:

 

this is the most expensive one:

how do you think they will perform?

 

Also i will need a pre-amp for this kind of power amp and i found this:

For those prices, you can find some excellent used amps over at Audiogon. Used prices are usually 50% less than retail, sometimes more.
