Just got these and after listening to them for roughly 4hrs, I have decided that I like my DT990's better.

iirc there are different versions of these a/b etc. Which are these?

I'm pretty sure the DT150 is one of the few Beyers where there's only one type.  They are all 250 ohms, and as far as I know the sound hasn't changed since they were first made.

As joelpearce stated, they are 250ohm.
