I'll probably also be getting custom ear moulds as well.

My vote is for the Shures!
I own the Shure SE530s. Right now is the best time to get them since the SE535s are out. I've only tried out the Triple.Fi 10s briefly, and plan to buy them this December when Amazon goes on a crazy sale or something. Well, anyway, I guess it depends on what you're looking for. The Triples favor highs, and some say they lack in lows. I personally love mids too much. So I'd go for the Shures. The highs are pretty good...although some say they "roll off", not sure what that means exactly....
The lows are good too...some say they're bass shy, but I personally think they give you bass where bass is to be had, and don't where they aren't supposed to be had. And as for the mids, like I said. It's the most glorious thing I've ever heard. Closest thing to being at the concert myself.
So my vote goes to the Shures. Just watch out for the Pre 2008-June models. They suffer from brittle cables. Mine are 2008 April models. So I have to wash them weekly with soap solution to prevent the cables from cracking. But it's worth it.
Get both and then just sell whichever one you don't like as much. That's what I did when I couldn't decide between the Westone 3's and the IE8s. I ended up selling my Senns and am still using the W3s
