Hello, for upgradites I'm evaluating to sell this beautiful amp.
It's in mint conditions as new, delivered at december 2009 and then upgradated in the spring 2010 by a technician here in Italy: www.argaudio.it
The upgrade refers to better caps, wires, ground path, stepped attenuator, optimization of the internal layout. These works bring this good amp 2 steps up in all parameters: S/N, clarity, definition, ecc. For example the effect of Crossfeed is now evident and really works! The amp has one year warranty (to april 2011) fom argaudio.

It is a trasformer coupled tube amp and It drives effortlessly all the headphones I've tried (Grado 325, Sennheiser hd600, Hifiman He5-LE).
The output impendance is adjustable 20-60, 60-300, 300-600 Ohm.
There is a Crossfeed circuit which is very useful with some recordings with extreme stereo separation e.g. the old Bluenote or Impulse records
The tubes used are 2 Ecc83 and 2 EL84. The old problems with tuberolling of the El84 are now solved with this new release.
This amp also works as a very good tube pre-amplifier.

The tubes that I use now are 2 Philips (labelled Mullard but made in Holland) Ecc83 and 2 6p14p-EV Reflektor this is a very good combo but I have other tubes in my collection.
