I have read about how FLAC files drain the batteries of DAPs faster. Does 320CBR mp3 and V0 mp3 offer a significantly different battery life?

It depends on the player but as a rule of thumb, yes.

Say the clip+ is the player in question. How much of a difference will 320cbr and v0 make?
