PLS Help me identify this track (HIP-HOP)

Unfortunately I have very little and it may not be in perfect order:

 

"drink it up...i feel ill and hollow, rules of engagement i need a new arrangement...a sh***y night in the life"

 

then something like:

 

"being sued for overdue payments isn't true
but not a new statement"

 

Thats all i got; any ideas?

Doesn't ring a bell. From what year is this and what style? Any idea what the rapper is affiliated to as in label, camp?

I have no idea.

I heard the song being played in the background, in a club, on an episode of Louis on FX.

So, I was watching that Louie episode tonight and starting googling that song.  The only match was this link.  Did you ever figure out the song?  Thanks in advance.
