FOUND: UE case and impedance adapter

I am looking to buy a UE earphone case such as the one that comes with a TF10. This is a picture of what I'm looking for

Also I might be interested in an impedance adapter just to have one and see how it changes things. I would like one between 50-80 ohms although I am not against one with more. It should look like this except instead of 1/4inch it is 3.5mm

Impedance adapter found!

 

I'm still looking for the UE case for a reasonable cost.

I've worked something out with another head-fi member and have found what I wanted so I am no longer interested in buying anything.
