Excellent real world impressions. All add to the mix of opinions out there. If only I had had the foresight to find a way to listen to a few pairs before I impulsively went out and bought my lcd2's.
Another thought though....if there is no such thing as the perfect headphone , which is something I can subscribe to quite readily; there's therefore a headphone which will be better to suit one's particular mood. There will also one which will be a more pleasurable sound for classical or soul or rock etc.
Maybe its not so much about searching , more about collecting.wink.gif
Then there's no need to compromise is there? smily_headphones1.gif
