I will be ordering from Dakmart on Monday.

I took a chance and ordered my refurbs from this same Amazon seller and they were 100% real. Red chip, slanted R and L on earphones, numerous tips included, and above all... an excellent sound. I paid $179 a few months back for mine.

I guess those refurb ie8 sell so well at dakmart that they increased the price to $240... Those refurbished Hd 558 at $100 looks like a mighty deal. Besides my Hd595 is falling apart

I ordered both the HD380, HD555 the IE8 and they arrived to my house within a week in refurbished condition. I do agree the website looks very suspicious, but I called sennheiser and they are indeed their refurbished authorized dealer. As far as i know, i didn't have problem ordering well priced sennheiser headphones from them. The IE8 doesn't sound spectacular until around 200 hours of burn in and appricate the laid back sound signature.
