RE0s Failing

I'm not sure where to begin addressing warranty, I also added the msn contact listed at head-direct.com

 

Basically, I'm having the same issues I once did with my RE2, only this time they failed after 10 months instead of 8 months.

Same symptoms where I began to hear distortion in the upper treble several months, then it evolves into a complete failure of one of the channels (right). I think the earbuds are OK because if I grip the minijack and cable in a certain direction I can make it usable, but it's very touchy and feels like carrying a discman with no skip protection haha.

 

How do I have them replaced? Also, I live in Ontario, Canada...can I send them to that USA address? I remember once calculating shipping back to China would have been $30 or so.

Yep, I just sent them out today
