If you look at his last transaction on his feedback link, it did not go well, although the buyer did eventually get his money back ...

Well not trying to turn this into a discussion thread, but it's been about a week since I've paid and nothing. It takes multiple emails just to get a response and the seller can't even provide me with a tracking number. Looks like I've been had. Hopefully I can recover funds from either paypal or my credit card company.

well I think it's official. I've been had. Seller now isn't even responding to my messages.

I hate to hear that. Make sure to contact one of the moderators. They were really very helpful when I had an issue. Also go ahead and open a Paypal claim if that's how you paid and leave feedback in the mean time.

In light of the fact that the TS finally got his item, I'm editing my post to be less harsh toward the seller ... still think the transaction seemed a little sketchy though.

Well, just an update. I received them today. They were post marked two days ago. The same day that I filed a dispute with both my cc company and pp. And let me add that they were absolutely filthy. I had to take them completely apart all the way down to the drivers to clean them. But glad I finally got them. I guess either pp or my cc company(I'm banking on my cc company) scared him into shipping them because it appeared from his pics that he did actually own a pair.
