Suggestions for cheap microphone amplfier

One site i looked at suggested this for a cheap answer. Requirements im looking for in suggestions, Phantom power.

This look alright? Any better suggestions?

Il be using this to record my condensor mic, into my m audiophile 2496. Id like to record vocals/ guitar.

Am i on track? This is what need right? I feel like i scarred people away in confusion (based off the poeple that looked at this post, and the no response).
