Please help with soldering points

Hi

So as many of you know I am soldering new wires to my HD-555 headphones.  I got the soldering iron so far so I figured I would pull out the wires already attached.  When I did that all looks fine from like even 2 inches away, but when i take macros of them it looks burnt.  Is this normal?  I mean they look just like they did when I took the wires out.  Maybe I am just too paranoid.

It's a bit hard to see in the pic, all that black stuff below the driver is a bit scary looking.  The key to desoldering a wire is not to press a hot bare iron into a joint and hope for the best, get a little bit of solder on your iron and then desolder the wire while pulling on it gently, then take the heat off as soon as it pops off.  If the part you soldered is just those two joints on the right, those look normal, but the 2 pads in the center look like they're stained with flux and I don't know what that darkness below the driver is, probably just the camera angle.

lol i think the joints look normal.  the black and flux in the center came stock lol.  i was like yeah if they see that black part and the middle that looks like hot glue they are going to say wow did you damage that pretty well.  but no, that was there to begin with and the speakers worked fine so that isnt a problem.  but as long as you say the joints look good thats all that matters to me, thanks for the reply i was getting worried!
