ibasso D4 (and practically any other ibasso) has its share of FOTM traffic on this forum. I think it's because of the value per dollar that they offer. I for one bought the D4 as my first amp and it opened up my ears to the world of head-fi. Three months later I sold it and bought a MAD Ear+. The D4 was a fine amp for the $, but it seems that ibasso is heavy on FOTM because people like me aren't willing to spend much on this stuff at first...then we get hooked and quickly turn into head-fi junkies and end up willing to spend much more $ than we ever would have thought reasonable. lol
(btw, I'm sure you know about MP leaving DT?)

I purchased a P3 from ibasso a while back and have to say I was very pleased with the product and customer service. Good to see they are still rockin'. D4 Mamba added.
Yes, I read about MP. Damn shame...Twenty-five years and founder. He's been working a lot on other projects and FWIR, I guess needed a break. From so much reading through the years, DT is always working. So many years and so many great albums and they don't miss a beat.
