We will be upgrading our sound systems in the house and we thought of a 2.1 speaker system in our living room, and a 5.1 system in our home cinema in the basement. We want you to help us decide what's best for us. In the basement, the only use will be for movies and FIFA. We watch around 2-3 movies each week so we want good sound for movies. In our living room we just watch tv and sometimes movies.
In our basement we do want a 5.1 system, and maybe a amplifer, don't know if we need it, depends on the system we get, right? But we need suggestions, and please check if it's available at prisguide.hardware.no, as we're only willing to buy from netstores in our own country. At the moment we have Pioneer DCS 424, but we thought of buying Logitech Z 5500 for our basement.
For the 2.1 Speakers, we thought of buying Altec Lansing MX6021. This will be used in our living room paired with a LCD TV and a bluray/dvd player.
