Hey Guys, New here and need a little help with IEMs!

Hey guys I am new to the community and I have just been lurking around. I have finally saved enough and I am looking to purchase some quality headphones. The two I am looking at are the Monster Pro Copper vs. Gold, I know there are many other great iems out there, but I like the looks and the controltalk capabilities of these. I also know there have been many threads on these comparisons and I have read through them but my questions still havent really been answered. I listen to alot of hip-hop, rap, rnb, with mixes of all others such as Kaskade, David Guetta, some rock/alternative and some asian pop. I know the coppers are more neutral, and the golds are more bassy? However after the burn-in thread that I read recently about how one other user noticed a complete change of dynamics within the coppers through a specific burn-in thread, I'm not sure which one to get. Please help me out guys as I'm still relatively new to this. I will be using my iphone/blackberry and computer for powering my music.

Thanks alot and this is wonderful community that I hope to join real soon! :)

If you use the burnin process I discussed in that burnin thread I think the Copper can have extremely nice bass, a warm midrange plus extended treble. The golds on the other hand will never be able to achieve the same level of extension in their treble. So if you can afford the difference in cost I do recommend the Copper over the gold.

thanks guys for the reply, so if I could still get that 209 price from onecall it would be great deal then? and just wondering they are in the same league as the ie8's and will blow the ie6's out of the water right?

Dweaver: your burn-in process is what really got me interested! great job!
