Beware - user knubbe

I purchased a 5.5gen 80gb Ipod from this member, it arrived today minus the hard drive. I'll put the link below, maybe I'm missing something, but the phrases "In good condition", "80gb" and "Rockboxed" all seem to imply there would be a hdd in the unit, no? I ate pb&j for a month to pay for that! I've already got the ball rolling with paypal, I guess that's all I can do right now. I was smart enough to quote his post in case he changes anything later on so at least that is covered. Any opinions guys?

Instead of trying to communicate with me buyer went straight to paypal. I have no idea how the ipod could be missing its hard drive, since I never opened it up, and it worked fine the few times I used it. I've had multiple transactions on this site that have gone smoothly, and this guy automatically accuses me of scamming him for a few bucks. Child, please.

You actually opened it and saw the lack of hard drive?
