meat beat manifesto and a 9 year old- more evidence that music taste is almost primal

So long story short, I come home to find my 9 year old nephew totally rocking out with one of my ipods. When I looked to see what he was listening too, it was "acid again" by meat beat manifesto.

I'm sure he had no concept of the words, it was the music that got him. Also recently played (multiple times) was the "the hand that feeds" by nine inch nails.

He's going to be an interesting teenager i suspect

Edit: the one thing the songs have in common besides the quasi industrial feel is an absolutely pounding bass line.... I should let him listen to some Public Enemy next :)

Actual Sounds & Voices is one of my all time favorite electronic albums. Their latest release Autoimmune is pretty decent too.

its been out for a couple of years now. Not as good as Actual Sounds & Voices, but decent quality none the less. My opinion of course.
