WTB: Custom Breakout (RCA) Cable for Apogee Duet

As the title states, I'm looking to simplify my Duet for when I'm using it exclusively as a DAC.  The only outputs I need are the RCAs to run it directly into my amp.  No inputs please.  I see a listing on eBay for one for $70, but looking to see what other options I have.
