I was looking for a nice stand recently and came across this

Maybe do as I did and google ''Headphone Stand'' and see if you can find anything in your country as I don't think that one will travel well.

How about a styrofoam head or three?

Ha brilliant! Did you look down at the other searches you can choose here...

I wouldn't recommend a head to store phones. This way the cushions are always pressed down and there is a constant strain on the headband and such. Will wear these parts out much sooner.

I bought that at Pier One Imports, it was $22 after tax. Really like it so far.

I bought some of those Styrofoam heads for ebay. They are ok but to be honest the best to me are the Woo Audio stands. I bought one double at Canjam and I am very happy with it. They are very well done and nice looking.

I personally think having a mannequin head in a room is kinda creepy haha.

there are really nice looking headphones stands out there too

One of these would work... creepy or beautiful? Idk...

Yup, I got mine from Pier 1 as well. Excellent deal considering it was only about $25.

I don't use it for a stand as much as I do just to stretch the headband. I usually have a hat and / or sunglasses on it, until I need to loosen the grip of one of my headphones. Let's just say my AD700 has even less clamp now.

I will be getting my M50's today, and will most likely put them throug the "glass head" process as well.

How about a nice glow in the dark skull?
