Looks like Westone is having quality control problems. I had returned my UM3x and received the replacement yesterday which is defective out of the box. This is the third Westone earphone I have purchased and the only one I have had any problem with. I resent the fact that I now need to pay for a second return to Westone and wait yet again for a replacement unit.
Poor, REALLY POOR, Westone.
