I have two pairs of this headphones. One is fully dumped, sealed, recabled and with changed earpads. And they stays with me.
Second one was bought some time ago as NOS to be a back-up pair. I have original box and manual (in Polish). They still have original foil on headband. Right now I need some money so I decided to sell them.
Elektronika TDS-5 are in terms of housing copy of Yamaha YH-1. But drivers are well-improved-while-coping drivers from PMB. Results are great. They sound very warm but not much mudded stock and just amazing when modified. I have never heard YH-1 / HP-1 (some says, that TDS are better and in SQ closer to YH-100 than YH-1) but have YHD-2 to compare. I spend weeks on tuning them and they are still nowhere near TDS-5. In terms of bass, vocals and general smoothness my K340 are also left behind.
They are 100% working and in great visual condition – as I said they are NOS and have never been used before came to me. I put only 2 or 3 hours of listening on them. There is only one disadvantage - earpads. After so much years foam inside turned into something sand-alike (my second pair had one pad ragged so I was able to see what was left from inner foam). They still can be used, but aren't as comfortable as 20 years ago 
I can include brand new Sony V150 earpads for free. They have perfect inside and outside diameter, isolate pretty well and can be easily put in place using double side tape or bluetack.
I can also include few pieces of felt, microfibre and micropore tape for damping them 
I have no idea how much they are worth right now, so I'm open for offers. My price is 130 $ shipped.
My feedback in here isn't impressive as far, so I can put them on ebay (user name in there is 'goorass').
I'm in Europe and will ship worldwide.
