Need a few part suggestions for B22

I'm building a 3 channel B22 with a s22 in a separate chassis and already bought the kits from glass jar audio.  I'm still looking around for the other parts (all the jacks, switch, etc).  Can I get some recommendations?  Here are the parts i'm currently considering.

x2 parmetal 20 series anodized cases 12x12x3 for $72 each ive looked around and it seems like the cheapest option for me.
female RCA jacks http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=091-1120

rocker switch http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=060-310
(if i want to use a push button switch like this one http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=060-658 do I have to build a e24?
faston connectors http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Tyco-Electronics-AMP/8-61060-1/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMvz8LftK4jervAtX%252bOUgSLEQhhp9z%252bps44%3d

Does anyone know what the mouser part number is for the Amphenol locking circular connectors AMB uses?

Thanks

- the momentary push button will not work as intended, unless you add an e24

- that speaker binding post seems unisolated. You need one with isolating washers, or risk short circuiting the outputs

523-C01630H00610012 - 6 + 1 pin male plug (Amphenol)

523-C01630G00610012 - 6 + 1 pin female jack (Amphenol)

571-33508202 - insulated faston terminals

As ShinyFalcon mentioned, you need isolated binding posts.
