How are the HD800's/T1's for gaming?

They're both terrific.  The HD800 has a more neutral presentation with a larger soundstage.  It's also slightly faster and more revealing.  On the other hand, the T1 has more visceral bass and "shades" in the upper mids that help it handle metal and electronica with greater ease.  Either way, your experience can't help but be enhanced with headphones that don't suck.
