DAC for Beyerdynamic T1 with M^3.

Hello!

I have Beyerdynamic T1 and M3, and now thinking about DAC. RE7 and RE8 are too expensive for me. I'm choosing between RE5 and RE9.

I like RE5's compactness... How about sound? Does it compare in sound quality with RE9? Sometimes I like to listen heavy music, and somone says that RE9 not really suitable for this. How is it with RE5?

And... Do I need DSP-1 if I want to use RE5 with Digital Interface, or DF-version will be good enough? Thanks.

Oops... Ref5 = balanced DAC-19, I thought it was neutral Ref9. )) So... Ref9 is upper class.

DAC-19 vs Ref9. The difference in quality worth the money?

What about comparing  DAC-3SE and Ref9? Ref9 better only with DSP-1?
