Best Phones $50<

I need some headphones basically for just editing videos at my school. We currently have Sony V150's, and I hate them. I currently own M50's and MS1's but I do not want to take them to the school everyday. I just want a pair that will be there everyday and I will not have to worry about taking them home. What would you guys suggest for <$50?

Some JVC RX700's would be a good choice, they can be had for $25 on the market from time to time and they are pretty good. They come for $36 new at amazon.

See if you can find a used or refurbished pair of Sony MDR-V6 headphones. They're designed for pro use, durable and something of a classic now that they've been around so long.

yes those creative aurvana live share same driver with denon d1001. is OP want something comfortable or sound good? if it's just for comfort, i would suggest sony mrd-xb300. those xb phones are really soft and light. for sound there is the koss portapro at bestbuy.

After tying on the xb500's yes they xb series is incredibly comfortable. they have so much padding on them.

If you can find the Creative Aurvana Live used for under $50, those might be the best. I have issues with the cheap feel and build quality though.

As for myself, I would go with the Koss UR-55. They're light, comfortable and go over the ear. I prefer these to the Porta Pro since they don't eat my ears due to glasses.

I don't suggest the RX700 or X900 since they sound like a cheap dollar store earbud. Ok, sorry I made that up. My pair is on the way, so I hope to know if they're good or not soon! Too bad I had them sent with the free (snail) delivery. I paid $54.99 for the X900 with free delivery! Not bat at all. If they sound better then my $80 DJ Pro 100's i'll be impressed.
