Sonicweld Diverter 24/96 USB - SPDIF Converter ???

Hi

 

does anyone here try the Sonicweld Diverter 24/96 USB - SPDIF Converter?

or do you know a better USB -SPDIF converter?

 

I am planning to have a PC music server now. However, I tried the BechmARK DAC1 usb INPUT or even the Lavry DA10 usb input and was not impressed at their sound at all. 

 

So i am planning to buy a very good converter and buy the Berkeley Audio DAC.

 

is my direction setup correctly?

Do a search, there has been much discussion about this unit. 

 

I have one in my system and love it. I personally have not heard a better USB converter.
