USD40 and below, what the best bet?

now I asking my fren to order a headphone for me on his way to Malaysia.
budget usd40 or below

thinking of big ear shells that can cover my ears fully.
any recommendation?
thinking of UR40

headphone usage
60% music
40% gaming

if not, I may go for HP890 at USD47 that can be found locally.

Only 47$ for the hp890? Wow, I haven't heard it, but I'd take a leap of faith on that.

usd47 is the price that available in Malaysia.......
since some of the philips headphone are manufactured locally.
