Listening to TV with headphones, suggest an amp?

I've been listening to my current TV with headphones connected to the audio-out, because there's no dedicated headphone jack. This works, but there's no volume control.

I'd like to get volume control on my TV, so I think the way to solve this problem would be to get an amp. I was hoping someone here could suggest an amp to look at.

The headphones I'm using with the TV aren't really high end (my good setup is on my computer), so it wouldn't make sense to sink a lot of money into this, but I'd like something that isn't garbage either. I'm running a couple pairs of ~80 ohm mid-range Sonys off the TV at the moment. An amp with two outputs with independent volume controls would be nice, but one would be adequate.

Any recommendations?

Amp is one way or headphones that have volume control on the cable is another... Tv audio is crap even if you are lucky having a tv that doesn´t give you noise like mine. So get some cheap reasonable durable stuff. Maybe even wireless? Nice if you want to go around do other stuff while the damn commercials starts and don´t want to miss anything ;)

Yeah, reasonable durable but not too over-the-top expensive is definitely what I'm looking for. Not too interested in wireless - I just take the headphones off when the commercials start anyway.

Does anyone have a suggestion on where to start looking? Any particular brand or model I might want to consider?
