- Eastern Electric Minimax tube dac - this dac is really phenomenal, there is not much written about it on head-fi because apparently its pretty new, but what's there is glowing. its worth noting that these 3 items all share a few traits.. they are all known to be at the top of audio performance, all cost quite a bit less than their comperable competitors , and are often known to best them anyway, and all truly sound phenomenal in their own right. they also are all in mint condition.
