- Amboyna burl Thunderpants Orthos - SOLD

- Cavalli CTH compact tube hybrid amp. - SOLD

- Eastern Electric Minimax tube dac - this dac is really phenomenal,  there is not much written about it on head-fi because apparently its pretty new, but what's there is glowing.  Also, 6 moons gives it high praise (link in post below) It has an option to make it pure solid state, or tube output stage.. the tube output simply sounds better IMO.... for now here's their site ... sold!!!

here are the highlights of its features

  • ESS Technology 9018 32 bit DAC chip
  • Dynamic Range of 129dB,and a Frequency Response from 15Hz-32KHz
  • 24 Bit/96kHz sampling.
  • output selectable between Tube and solid state via A 12au7 tube  employed in the amplification stage not just as a tube buffer for a true tube output.
  • Four digital inputs besides the USB (coax, optical, BNC, AES/EBU)
  • With Sampling rates of 32bit,32KHz,44.1KHz,48KHz and 192KHz
  • Phase In and Phase out select ability.

I will ship outside US but will ask for shipping to be paid.

its worth noting that these 3 items all share a few traits.. they are all known to be at the top of audio performance, all cost quite a bit less than their comperable competitors , and are often known to best them anyway, and all truly sound phenomenal in their own right.  they also are all in mint condition.

UPDATE:  i decided to open-er up (which was very easy) and the answer is yes - but its not a switch.  120/230/240  - you basically remove a little plastic door.. also easy, and then you use a phillips head screwdriver to remove a lead and switch it over to another lead.. it all looks very easy.. anyone could do it.

thanks
