Hey sorry if this has been covered. I searched but came up with nothing. Maybe there's justsomit wrong with me lol. I decided I'm sick of changing the plug on my ue's every couple of months(yeah I know I should be more careful) so I want to try soldering sub-mini jacks to my ue's like what is on the panasonic hje900. just wanted to know if it's worth the effort or should I just keep replacing the jack, is there something smaller I can use rather than the 2.5mm sub-mini as the connection on the panasonic's does not look like a standard audio jack. Also keep in mind that I'm almost completely new to repairing anything electrical and probably don't know what I'm on about
