SOLD: Beyer DT880 250 ohm (2005 Edition) Like New

For sale is my DT880 250 ohm (2005 edition).  I am the first and only owner.  They were purchased new in May 2010 from B&H in New York.  They are in excellent condition.  Barely any noticeable use on ear pads.  Not a scratch anywhere.  Used in smoke-free and pet-free environment.  My living space is environmentally controlled, so they've been in low-humidity, air-conditioned space the whole time.  Sound wonderful.  If I were to estimate total usage, I would say around 200 hours.  I am selling them because I prefer my DT990s more.  So, it's time to thin the herd.

The price is $160 US, which includes USPS Priority mail insured.  Please understand that this is already the "haggled price", as used Beyer DT880s appear to be going between $170-$180 around here lately.  I will ship CONUS only.  I prefer paypay and do not charge paypal fees.  I will do local pickup in Savannah, GA at a discounted price if you are in my neck of the woods.

Included:

-Cans

-Original cardboard box

-Plug adapter

-Pleather case

-Original receipt to hold 2-yr Beyer warranty

Pictures are below.  PM me with any questions.  Thanks for looking!

P.S.  I do combine shipping if you are interested in any of the vacuum tubes I also have for sale here.

Thanks for the interest so far, but I cannot lower the price.  It's already lower than any others posted here, and that includes shipping and the paypal fees absorbed by me.

But, to sweeten the deal, I can throw in a vacuum tube or two for free.

I'll give you a (pick one option):

(1) RCA grey plate 6AS7G or

(1) Svetlana 6H13C (6AS7G equiv) or

(1) RCA 6080 or

(2) International Service Master 6922s

(Not all of the above, just one option)

I have received some interest from our overseas friends, but it's not economically feasible to ship overseas.  It's not that I don't like our international friends....it's that it will cost about $55-75US to send that package over some bodies of water.  I don't think either you or I want to cover that expense.  But, saying that, though, if have $240US, I'll ship worldwide after Paypal clears (which means once the funds are secured in my bank account, and not just sitting in my Paypal account).  See...the benefit of buying used quickly breaks down!

I will also consider a trade for a DAC + cash considerations.

The sale is on hold.  Cash offer was made.  If for some unexpected reason it falls through, I'll change the ad to say still for sale.

Payment was received.  Will ship these off to a new home during my lunch break tomorrow.  It was a pleasure doing business here.

Thanks!
