I have debated between the Sennheisers IE8 vs the MTPC.

I recently picked the Copper over the IE8.

I just want you to confirm if these earbuds indeed come with the limited lifetime warranty but i fear since it is open box it may not.

i have chatted with a representative and he told me yes.

I am about to order it and the warranty is a plus for me and..i just need a second confirmation :(

Many people in many different threads have said that it does come with the warrenty.

But how fast do you need them?

If your willing to wait a while, Amazon has them new for $224.10 but it's out of stock, you can still order them though.

Its only $14 more for a brand new one.

You can order them here:

Go to the right hand panel and click more buying choices, and buy them directly from amazon.

Actually, last I heard many people said that it does not come with the warranty.  Onecall apparently says it does, but when you call Monster and ask - they say no!

To clear it up - call monster and ask.  Get the names of the people you speak to as well.  But Monsters the one to call since they service the warranty, not onecall.
