Yes I do.  But seeing as you want balanced - balanced is best if dac, amp and headphone is all balanced.  Otherwise it kind of defeats the purpose of balanced.

My problem is about the differences in prices for the DAC upgrading and the improvement
My LP amp has balanced xlr inputs so i'd like to use them in case of upgrading only the asus (I have the audeze balanced cable already)

I check the different options and a dac alone with xlr is about 30% less expensive than the audio gd gears all in one
By selling the g100 then it's the same

I post to make the right choice and really appreciate your help wink.gif

I just didn't feel upgrading to the Mjolner and connecting your soundcard to it was a logical upgrade path.  blink.gif

I think your amp is just fine at this stage of your journey.

EDIT :
My amp has xlr inputs but 2 regulars headphone plugs (6.35mm) So the audeze xlr cable is useless in that case

If you know a product with xlr better than my sound card (less cold sounding) you are very welcomed !!

If you want the nfb 28 without paying the full Spanish price (like in France) you can get it for around 550e (all included) and audio gd china declares 200 $ for customs (or less if asked) biggrin.gif

Im still deciding, I have until summer, and my primary option right now is the Auralic Taurus MKII with the Matrix Mini-i Pro as balanced high-end DAC.

As of today, my LCD 2.2's are powered by Schiit Gungnir and Mjolnir.

Just received my Mjolnir today and my first impressions are really good. Before this I used an Asgard 2, but this is a different league.

Next stop, saving for cables, problem is I need 14-15 ft. to get to my listening position.

All in all, I'm heading for a great weekend!

My current set-up:

I really love the combination Electrocompaniet and Sonus Faber, works pretty amazing according to my ears.

I'm a very happy man and feel blessed with my current audio set-up, with my speaker system as well as my head-fi set.

Sound signature of Sonus Faber (on Electrocompaniet) is very much comparable to the sound of the Audeze's as I found out over the past couple of months, so both suite my "taste" really well.

Great photos, Gerzom! I am really leaning towards the LCD 2's....they really look fantastic.
