Looking for lightweight on-the ear comfortable phones with reasonable sound quality

I'm looking to replace an old set of Sony MDR-65 on-the-ear phones that have a broken jack. These are very lightweight foam-covered cans with a flat plastic headband that sit flat on (not over) the ear. Perfect for casual listening to a TV show. Here's a picture:

Sold for about $45-50 new.

They seem to be out of production--can anyone suggest an available alternative with reasonable sound quality?

Senheisser PX100's would be perfect for you - superb build and soundquality.

These are on my list; I've heard them and I think they are pretty good--something a little larger might sit more comfortably on the ear, so I was looking for additional recommendations.
