Im in no hurry.

Ive got an 8Gb one im using.

I'll wait until one comes my way.

Amazon dont ship electonics to Australia.

I wont buy one from the uk because of the EU volume cap.

The E444 sounds more like a nano4g ; COLD.

But yes , the bass on E444 is tight as hell. The bass is really scary as it reaches to such a magnitude that easily smokes my CX300ii on certain tracks but still remains extremely tight & controlled. None of the DAPS that ive heard surpass this one over bass alone .

 

Overall in terms of loudness:

 

Touch3g>E444>sansa clip v2>A726=Nano4g

 

Overall in listening pleasure:

A726>Touch3g>Clipv2>E444>Nano4g


I totally agree the A72- & A82- series are a real gem.

They are very solidly made too.
