So on the 18th I emailed them using thier site form and it was just a simple question about the frequency response listing on Amazon and their website. I was wondering which one was the TRUE frequency response. It was for the DT880.
So I waited and 22nd came around still no reply.
I emailed them again but using my own email not the website form.
So here I am no reply :/.
Are they german do they speak english?
Should I still get the Dt880's? Better question, would you after the customer service has shown neglect.
If I should NOT get them, what should I get for the same price, I am getting an expensive amp with it, $100+. So $250 price range for headphones.
