6inches might be too short for a meier stagedac+csp2+ combo...if u r sitting them side by side.

i tend to buy 2 to 3 feet length...just in case i wanna use them on my home-fi setup in future.

If u have existing RCAs, use them first, and see how u like the sound of the whole setup,

whether its too bright or too mellow..

then decide whether to buy copper or silverplated or silver..

to my ears, these metals do have some characteristic flavor.

=======

btw, i think u will love your setup...stagedac /csp2+ /T1 .... :)

I think my current interconnects may be to short but I won't know till I get the amp in. The Decware CSP2+ has the inputs pointing straight up. The picture in my post was provided from the seller. I did receive an email from the seller on Decware forum that he has shipped the amp to Decware!

I have a tube like this...it adds bass weight n body to the sound out of the T1 amongst all the other big tubes i have.

( i put this down just in case u wanna tweak the sound out of your csp2+ )

The 5U4 tube will most likely bring the most audible difference of them all, especially in the bass region. The Winged "C" is OK, but there is better. Let your ears be your guide :)

I'm excited about new equipment. The rectifier really wasn't that bad on the price. I'd like to see if it really affects the sound of the amp.

Received my T1 yesterday! Using my old Firestone Cute Beyond solid state amp they sound great. I can hear the detail and separation of sound people have written about. I'm hearing things I've not heard before. This also goes for bad recordings. I've always liked Black Fire Upon us on the Dethalbum II by Dethklok, especially the intro. Listening to this song through the T1 I hear a cymbal being jammed upon in the intro that is annoying as hell that I've never heard before as clearly. Time to go through a lot of my older music and hear it all again.

Every time I spend a few days away from my desk or with other cans, I always smile upon my return to the T1s! :beyersmile:

Does anyone here have a lossless copy of "I Say Fever" by Ramona Falls?

Listening to a compressed copy. It sounds awesome on the T1s - lots of layers, brilliant bass. Would love to try a lossless copy!!

I was literally fearful of putting the T1s back on after I had listened to Audeze LCD-2s for a little over a week. Thankfully the T1s held their own just fine....unlike my Grados :(
