After listening to a number of headphones, I've decided to stick with Denon's and would like to sell these to fund a pair of D5000's.
The only signs of wear are a hairline scratch on the S of Sennheiser on the headband, and the pads/cushions are not "brand new" looking, but are still in great condition.
