Budget USB AMP/and or DAC Suggestion for PC + IEMs etcs?

Hey all,

I've been out of the headphone game for a while now after selling all my gear and keeping only my UM2s... but that itch is back. This time I'm not really looking to go all in with a full set of cans+amp so I was thinking of just getting something to compliment my IEMs. I normally plug my UM2s directly into my PC's sound card which, as you can guess, gives me a LOT of hissing. Could I get some recommendations for a roughly 200~$ priced USB DAC/AMP directed towards low impedence stuff like IEMs?

 

On a side note, I just found my old FUBARII USB DAC  in the basement so the DAC part could be optional.

was wondering if the Headphonia Dac usb cable would be apt for your situation:)
considering one myself haha.

one thing though is the sad sad sad delivery waits that others in the forum speak of:( 

would there be other products that are as sleek and handy as the usb cable?

 

 

edit: one more qn. does the extra 100 bucks do any justice to the ttvj slim with dac? or would it be more worth it to get a separate dac?
