Upgrading from an E5 to something better...

Hello guys, I have decided to upgrade my portable amp to something better sounding. I am currently using an ipod touch 3g with a high end LOD cable connected to my Fiio E5. I am basically looking for an amp that would sound better than my current setup as increasing music volume is not the point. The IEM that will be used are the following: Shure se530, UE SuperFi 3 studio and a re-cabled shure e2c. The amp must be slim and about the size of my itouch because I will be using a rubber band to stick it behind my ipod like most of the people here are doing. I'm looking to spend no more than 200 $ on an amp. What do you suggest I get that fits my criteria? Thanks!

Most of my music is 320 kbps mp3 files. I do have a few lossless as well...

Save a bit more and check out the Headstage Arrow 12 HE. Read great things about it.
