Up for sale I have a 4-pin female XLR - to - Dual 1/4" mono Furutechs (NEOTECH 20awg up-occ wire/teflon jacket) that I have been using for balanced listening.

It uses the High end furutech 1/4" mono plugs and Neutrik silver 4-pin female. It has black techflex, black heatshrink and teflon dialectric over NEOTECH up-occ litz braided solid core copper wire. Cardas solder was used as well. Has a breakout to the Furutech monos black for left and red for right.
