Posted this in the tweaks section, and figured I'd put it up here too.

Hey all, not sure where the best place to put this question up would be, so I thought I'd toss it up in here and see what happened.  I was going through some of my old audio equipment from when I was in college that really got me started into the audio world and wanted to see what some who might have more knowledge on the subject other than myself though about them.  Looked around a bit for info on the internet, but am just wondering if anyone had any impressions or thoughts that they wanted to share.

These first few are all JVC:

Integrated Amp - A-X40

Cassette Deck - TD-W805

Cassette Deck - KD-D4 (beautiful looking unit, but have had issues with this since I got it - it plays tapes slower than it should; don't know if it's something with the motor or something else)

CD - TD-W805

My equalizer is an AudioSource - Model EQ Fourteen.  Could not find any info on this model whatsoever.

Please feel free to tell me what you think of these if you've had any experience with any of them, especially if you have an idea of what may be wrong with the KD-D4 cassette deck.  It actually plays tapes back in a different key altogether!
