purchased new at the end of June to replace a 16GB that was stolen. I should have just canceled my service at the time as internet in my pocket isn't as exciting or useful as I thought it would be.
Screen is scratch-free. Back is virtually spotless. Handled with extreme care and never dropped.
Includes A/C to USB charger, charging/docking cable and a very nice Speck candy case (which has scratches/scuffs - obviously does its job!).
It will be shipped in the original packaging from the 16GB. I inadvertently shipped an iPod Touch that I sold recently in the 32GB box.
