Could I use this cable to replace my sr60 cable?

It's a good choice since it's also a dual-entry cable butyou still have to re-terminate that, cutting off the Sennheiser plugs and soldering the leads onto the Grado drivers. How much is the SR60i cable anyway? $35 is almost half the MSRP of the SR60, you might as well get Grado cables. Just shoot Grado tech support an email, my experience is that their customer support is top-notch.

Yeah they told me &25 dollars to replace the cable, but I don't know how long my grados will be out there, and I really don't want to be without them. At the moment I have them ghettofied with the cable stripped and re soldered, but that obviously is not a permanent solution, and it's very ugly. I might just send them out and rely on my px200's but I don't know how long Grado will have them for, do you know what the average repair time is?

I wouldn't know how long it would take if they worked on it, but won't they offer to sell you the cable so you just solder it yourself? $35 for the Senn cable isn't worth it when you have to chop off the plugs on hte headphone end anyway.

Just DIY a new cable.  Get some wire, braid it to your liking, solder a plug on one end, connect up the other ends to your drivers.
