My Cat Wears Headphones

not sure if this belongs elsewhere

 

she used to wear the senn hd 485 until it broke, now she is into the XB500s, she does wear them for extended periods of time, the longest she ever wore them was 9 minutes for one of the tracks on the superman OST, but she does it a handful of times during the day and will bump her head on them to get me to put them on her

haha ya, if you check out CAT-FI thread here on head fi, you will see her wearing the HD485s the same way :P

Heh...that's a pretty calm kitty.  Have you tried seeing how she reacts to something like the 1812 Overture?

If you listen closely to the video, the song playing is GROWING UP, off the superman the movie soundtrack.  Which is very energetic and has a lots of sudden loud notes just like the 1812 lol.  Shes just fine with it.  I think she doesnt wear them for extended periods because they get too warm on her head.  She used to wear the HD485 for 20 minutes at a time when she would sleep on my lap or next to me on my couch lol

LOL...I can only imagine what the cats my mom or sister have would do if I tried to put my A700's on their head.  Even with no music on.

the a700 is too scary looking i think, anything i had that was too large she ran away from immediately and do not try iems lol....they will attack you
