Anyone like SOMA FM?

Thread Starter

I don't know if my ears are playing tricks onme, but when I listen to SOMA FM streaming (it says it is only 128K) it sounds really quite good to me using my Grado's and Cary 300.  My experience in the past with 128k MP3's is that they sound rather crappy.  Curious if anybody else has listened.

They have a very cool collection of eclectic musical offerings .... especially as background music while working.

True, 128k music is not that great.

I will check it out right now and post my impressions.

I love Soma Fm, the show they do whenever Nasa has any space launches going is awesome to listen to.  I used to stream them in my apartment all the time for background tunes and music to sleep to.

Huge Soma FM fan here!  Soma has provided years and years of amazing soundtracks to my life.  If your into any genre of techno you need to check out this radio station!

Indeed, they also have a Christmas/New Years station that rocks for the holidays!
